I found the location convenient, just a short bus ride to the city center. the bus stop to the airport was only a ten minute walk, so getting to my early morning flight was easy. i also enjoyed the nearby bars and restaurants. I discovered some great spots for meals. the botanical gardens, a local attraction, were nice, even in winter. I totally enjoyed it. the price felt fair compared to other options closer to the main center.

The pump made clunking noises. It was located down the hall. i could hear it all night long. it bothered me so much that i eventually asked the night manager, who kindly moved me to another room away from the noise.

the room had tea and coffee making facilities, acceptable. it was convenient (especially with the instant coffee).

the pump located down the hall clunked on and off all night. it was maddening. i complained to the night manager, but the noise issue wasn't resolved (i guess earplugs would have been a good idea).

i thought the location was nice and quiet in a residential area. room 47 had comfortable beds and everything i needed. the lounge area was spacious and i liked the classic decor.

the room was at the top of the building and felt small. i could barely stand up straight in some spots because it was in the attic. the shower was very small as well and a bigger person would have trouble showering.

The reception staff were really wonderful and kind.

I found a few aspects disappointing. The room was quite small, and the space felt cramped. the breakfast not being included in the price was surprising, particularly for a guest house (it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast after all).
